In spite of the previous mediocre renovations, the owner of this canyon residence saw the potential for reconstruction. Work started methodically and precisely, with each room being transformed into an overall mid-century design scheme. The design team presented 3-D computer models, sketches and precise construction documents to the owner for review. The process didn’t stop with abstract drawings, where each iteration was tweaked and refined in the field and during construction until all elements were thoroughly detailed.
