dcon’s new office space. Located south-east of the Staples Center in the South Park District of downtown Los Angeles, we transformed this 3,000 sqft dilapidated wharehouse space into our architectural studio, model shop, library, and cabinet workshop. We sandblasted years of accumulated paint from the original concrete floors, brick walls and sissor-truss ceilings, revealing the natural materials.
