A talented young couple starting a family recently purchased this hillside property and requested an update for their new home. For each of their bedrooms we designed built-in cabinet closets, each with specific needs customized for the function of the room. The new master suite received built-in bookcases, a luxury bathroom, and a walk-in closet that tripled the existing storage. A middle bedroom was converted into a nursery for a new born. And we reconceptualized the front bedroom into a multiuse room that can easily convert from a sleeping area to an exercise room to an office to a playroom. We created a new fence enclosure for the front yard providing much needed outdoor play area. The foyer also received new concealed-panel closet doors as well as a custom four foot pivot entry door.
