Originally built in 1942, this home was in poor condition when purchased by the newly wed couple. After analyzing their goals and modest budget, dcon identified a two phase schedule allowing the owners to renovate the kitchen and bathroom, refinish the floors and fireplace, paint the interior and landscape the front yard. The second phase maximizes the limited budget by adding a new master bedroom, bathroom and closet above the garage while taking advantage of views and natural light.
