Richard joined dcon at the end of 2007 as a project supervisor. Working on various projects, Richard brings a wide range of construction experience and management skills to any task or project. His direct knowledge of construction means and methods allows him lead our team for commercial and residential projects.

Capable of handling even the most demanding clients, Richard has taken on direct responsibilities for several office projects. He worked on the Lincoln Residence, Royal/T Gallery and assisted Art Lopez and Carlos Alvarado on the Gallery @ Melrose. He is currently working on the historic renovation of the Pasinetti Residence and the Firestone Residence, both located in Beverly Hills.
