As principal of the Development Studio, Fabian is responsible for managing dcon resources for the planning, design, and construction of large scale projects. Fabian received his Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury and has design and construction experience with project analysis and bidding.
Fabian was the project manager responsible for the remodel of a mid-century home, Willow Glen Residence, which was widely published in the Los Angeles Times, featured on HGTV and KCET, and was part of the CA|Boom Home Tours. He recently completed a custom 3,200 square foot, two-story Sunridge Residence in Playa del Rey. He is currently working with Escher Gune-Wardena on the Jones Residence in Silver Lake.
