An expanding law firm has hired dcon for the design of their new Southern California headquarters. The existing building, shown in these photos was once a bank building. The new design will incorporate more offices, larger conference rooms, a new library, and increased emphasis on inter-office “teaming” - a concept develped by dcon to foster better communication between the firm’s legal, financial, human resources, and administrative departments.
