Art is the principal in charge of the Construction Studio, and he is personally responsible for managing dcon’s building team. Trained as an architect, he is a licensed general contractor leading a talented team of artisans, builders, designers and craftsman. His experience with complex projects and mid-century design enables him to bring special attention to modern, custom details to all his projects.

Art was the design/builder for the Nichols Residence while he worked at Bonura Building. This mid-century home was fully restored to it’s orginal design and beauty. He was responsible for the Hutton Residence and worked closely with a talented team of craftsman to realize the demanding attention to detail required for this remodel. He is currently working Aaron Torrence, AIA on the building of the Pasinetti Residence. In addition, he recently completed construction on the Gallery @ Melrose, and is currently working on the Jones Residence in Los Feliz.

Art has a wide range of architectural and construction experience. His project types include custom residential and commercial projects as well as churches, libraries and educational institutions.
